Led by Estelle O'Callaghan, the Sparkways Board of Directors are responsible for overseeing organisational governance, management, strategic direction and for delivering accountable performance in accordance with the organisation's goals and objectives.

Estelle O'Callaghan
Board Chair and ex officio on the Finance Audit and Risk Management Committee
Estelle is passionate about moving the needle of positive change further and faster. She does this through the company she founded, 3P Delivery Authority, which specialises in guiding clients to execute their strategic initiatives superbly well.
Prior to starting her own business, Estelle had two careers: public administration and music education.
Estelle is also a Board Director, author, seasoned public speaker, and podcast guest. In late 2021, she launched her book Rock Your Roll Out in a national collaboration with the Winston Churchill Trust. This was followed by a virtual global masterclass tour to encourage the discovery of untapped value hiding in strategic initiative performance.
3P Delivery Authority works with a range of government, not-for-profit, and corporate clients.

Josephine is an accomplished finance executive with more than 25 years’ experience working in public listed, private equity and private multinational entities within the Health Care, Industrials, Consumer Staples, and Consumer Discretionary sectors.

Chris Bitmead
Director
Chris is an experienced executive, corporate lawyer and governance professional with a background advising on complex commercial, regulatory and risk matters. He has significant experience supporting Boards, with a strong focus on governance and strategy.
Chris brings a combination of commercial and community governance experience, having held director roles in commercial and community‑based organisations. Through these roles, he has developed a strong interest in supporting organisations that improve outcomes for children and local communities.
He is a graduate of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds degrees in law and communications.
Mathew Fredericks

Mathew is an MBA qualified executive who has led a diverse group of individuals to create successful businesses throughout 20 plus years in business. Mathew has led and implemented business strategies resulting in sustainable growth for business and employee engagement. He is also passionate about championing children and their development as a Non-Executive Director with Foster Care Association of Victoria.
James Lawson
Director and member of the People, Remuneration and Nominations Committee
James has extensive experience across public sector, not-for-profit and corporate sectors in diverse operational and strategic roles. This has included leading a not-for-profit industry dispute resolution entity, and a critical state government identity management service. His expertise is in the design and management of complex assessment and review services, delivering improved customer, stakeholder, community and organisational outcomes. He brings a passion for a values-based ethical leadership approach focused on purpose, integrity and inclusiveness as key to success.
Megan McDaniel

I am an energetic leader with a unique combination of skills. As an operations manager my strengths lie in an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to break down complex problems and drive practical, customer-centric solutions.
I am driven by the mutual desire to improve health and wellbeing outcomes while achieving high growth, commercially sustainable outcomes for organisations.
With demonstrated experience developing and executing internal and external strategies, I have developed innovative solutions that have improved operational performances, enhanced commercial outcomes and mitigate the prevalence of injury and illness.
