Autism isn't a Barrier to Work

For Ben, autism had proven to be a barrier for a number of things in life, but he was determined for work to not be one of them.
With support from Sparkways, Ben took the first steps into a new career, completed his Certificate 1 and 2 in Building Construction and successfully transitioned into the workforce!
We’re incredibly proud of Ben and extremely happy to see him continuing to thrive in his work life.
The William Buckland Foundation
Thanks to the support of the William Buckland Foundation, Sparkways has been able to expand our services to include a nationally accredited Test & Tag service.
Not only has their support allowed us to deliver more value to our clients but, it’s opened up a new career pathway for our young people.
