Government
Our organisation has a long and proud history of working together with every level of government to promote the educational, social and cultural wellbeing of our communities.
Within the communities we serve, we ensure strong partnerships with local governments are established and maintained. These partnerships allow a collaborative approach to supporting families to have equitable access to high quality early years education and care.
As a for-purpose organisation Sparkways is proud to partner with the Australian Government’s Charities and Not for Profit Commission (ACNC) in delivery of services that meet all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Training and research
Our approach to training and research partnering aligns deeply with our commitment to provide wrap around support in conjunction with high-quality early years education and care to the children, families and communities that we serve.
In 2025, we deliberately and purposefully partnered with Berry Street to deliver their evidence-based Education Model – Early Years (BESM) training. This highly regarded program is specifically designed for early childhood educators to equip them with the perspectives, strategies and skills to support all children to thrive.
The BESM training provides practical strategies as well as ongoing support for implementation of trauma informed practice as an integrated method of engaging with the children, families and communities that Sparkways supports.
